Return and Exchange
Sai Bariya’s has a strong commitment to making quality products with rich significance of Ayurvedic ingredients. As we are selling products throughout India, we are very mindful that our orders are received by our customers in a good condition. To ensure a safe delivery and develop mutual trust with the customers, Sai Bariya’s has devised a return and exchange policy to help in addressing issues with damaged products under certain conditions upon arrival. Please read the following instructions carefully.
When can you apply for a return or exchange?
After receiving the product, we encourage our customers to check the quality of the product before use. The condition of the container or bottle, lack of any damages or dusts within the product, absence of any foul smell, consistency in texture should be checked. If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, one can apply for return & exchange at no additional product or shipping costs only if the following conditions are satisfied.
- No Return & Exchange On Used Products: We can thoroughly understand that products can be used right after the delivery. But, we highly suggest our customers check whether the product is damaged or not without using the product on a day to day basis. Please make sure that a video of opening the order and the product is must for proceeding with return/exchange.
- Apply Within 24 hours of Receiving the Order: If any defects or damages are found after receiving the order, please make sure the submission of return/exchange request is done within 24 hours of receiving the order. If any delay is made in submitting the request, we will not be responsible for any damages. So, kindly proceed with the request within the given time frame.
- Relevant Shipping Address and Contact Information: We highly recommend our customers to enter the relevant shipping address, name and contact information. We kindly inform you that we cannot hold responsibility for any issues with the wrong shipping information or contact number. The customer cannot apply for return/exchange in this case.
- No Cancellation or Refund: As we rely on external courier services so far, we cannot be responsible for any delays in receiving the order. If the order is not received within 7 to 10 days, the customer can reach out to our team on Instagram, Whatsapp or contact our customer support number or can directly track the order using the given tracking number. However, no refund/cancellation is accepted for any reason including delays.

- Please record a video unboxing your order and send it to us via direct message on our Instagram page.
- Our team will review your request and respond within the same business day.
- If approved, your order will be proceeded at no additional cost including shipping charges.
- You will receive your replacement order (same product and quantity) within 7-10 business days.
